Top Emerging Careers

This data visualization gives insight into different emerging careers that are in demand in Canada. It forms connections between different occupations based on their job satisfaction, education, income, level of demand, country of highest pay and industry. The visualization allows individuals to explore and draw conclusions on occupations to understand how crucial elements relate to job satisfaction.

Picking the right career is a difficult choice for many individuals. We spend roughly 8 hours a day, five days a week working. It is essential to have a comprehensive understanding of the job market to make informed decisions regarding a career. By doing extensive research on different careers in the job market, I created a node-link diagram that tells a story about specific occupations and industries related to job satisfaction. This dataset offers perspective on the state of the job market and what emerging careers are becoming the most successful based on varying factors.
